My global client are searching for a Business Analyst to support the External Workforce Programme. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements and supporting the design of solutions that optimise external workforce management. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to understand current challenges and translate them into actionable insights and system enhancements.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale (global) transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of external workforce or contingent labour processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation methodologies.
- Familiarity with vendor management systems and workforce technology platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to create process maps and workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Skilled in writing functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making.
