Front End React Developer - Manchester - £55,000 + Bonus

The Company: Lorien are working with a well-established tech business based in Manchester, known for delivering high-performance platforms to a global user base. As part of their continued growth, they're looking to bring in a Front End React Developer to help drive feature development and support the evolution of their digital products.

The Role: You'll be joining a collaborative engineering team, responsible for building and maintaining key UI components across a React-based platform. Working closely with senior developers and technical leads, you'll contribute to planning, development, and delivery of new features, while also mentoring junior team members and reviewing code to maintain high standards.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, from estimating technical requirements and managing your own work stack, to supporting testing and validation throughout the change lifecycle.

The Skill Requirements: We're looking for candidates with a blend of the following:

• Strong commercial experience with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of ES6+ and TypeScript
• Experience mentoring developers and conducting peer reviews
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Passion for clean code and problem-solving

The Benefits:

• Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
