Functional Consultant - D365 CE configuration

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, enjoys leading workshops and requirements sessions, and has a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions with stakeholders at all levels.
• Confidently present solutions and progress updates to C-Suite audiences.
• Configure and customise D365 CE including workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports.
• Translate client requirements into functional specifications and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and maintain business data models aligned with Dynamics CRM schema.
• Leverage industry templates, accelerators, and add-ons to enhance solution delivery.

Key Skills & Experiences

• Proven experience in D365 CE configuration and customisation.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM database schema and business data models.
• Ability to lead client engagements and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators and industry-specific templates.
