Graphic Designer - 12-Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Location: London - Hybrid (3 days in office)

Ready to take the creative lead? We're searching for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team and shape the visual identity of a major Pharma events portfolio. You'll collaborate directly with marketing teams, own projects from concept to delivery, and produce standout creative across digital and print.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing digital assets, print materials, event branding, marketing collateral, and web graphics
• Working in a fast-paced environment with ongoing campaign updates and adaptations
• Taking full ownership of projects-from initial brief to polished final output
• Presenting your work confidently and managing feedback and revisions
• Ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables
• Managing multiple projects at once and meeting tight deadlines
• Maintaining an organised approach to file management and time tracking

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years' experience in graphic design
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders and presenting designs
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A collaborative mindset and positive attitude

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Figma
• Basic motion graphics abilities
• Curiosity about AI design tools

Contract: 12 months

Status: Inside IR35

Hybrid: 3 days per week in the London office
