Our Life and Pensions client is looking for a highly skilled HR Transformation Project Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior HR leaders, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Change Management: Develop and implement change strategies to support adoption of new HR processes, systems, and ways of working.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and improving service delivery.
Technology Enablement: Partner with IT and HRIS teams to implement digital HR solutions (e.g., Oracle HCM,Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
Risk & Compliance: Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards, particularly within financial services.
Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor progress and report outcomes to executive stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience managing HR transformation projects in financial services (banking, insurance, asset management, etc.)
Strong understanding of HR operating models, shared services, and digital HR platforms.
Experience in Oracle HCM highly beneficial
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2, etc.)
Experience in change management and organisational development.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to HR in financial services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
