Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional IT support? We're looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a dynamic engineering team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced trading environment, supporting high-profile users and critical systems that keep the business running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Provide first and second-line IT support to Front Office, Trading, and VIP users, both onsite and remotely.
- Manage incidents and service requests in line with ITIL standards and internal SLAs.
- Build, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Administer and support platforms such as Microsoft 365, Gsuite, Citrix, SCCM, and Intune.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on Windows client/server systems.
- Support market data and trading applications like Bloomberg, Reuters Workspace, and IonTrading.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding with secure and compliant setups.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support, ideally within Investment Banking, Trading, or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Gsuite, and Citrix.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, DMZ, firewalls).
- Exposure to market data systems and trading floor applications.
- Basic PowerShell scripting skills.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and AGILE methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support high-profile users in demanding environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing Systems or related field (required).
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent (preferred).
- ITIL Foundation certification (plus).
- Spanish language skills (plus).
