IT Support Engineer

Our Leading banking services client is looking for an IT Support Engineer with a broad range of technical expertise to join the team.

for a 6 month contract

This is an INSIDE IR35 Position

Key skills

• 2nd line support experience
• support Virtual Desktop environments, handle tickets that are escalated, handling queries and issues
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Experienced with supporting users with VMWare, Virtual Desktop and Citrix issues
• Remote Desktop Support
