About the Role
Join our Technology Service Management team and play a key role in delivering service excellence. As an ITSM Analyst, you'll enhance ITSM processes, drive compliance, and champion continuous improvement in a dynamic, global environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and optimize ITSM processes for better performance.
- Lead Change Management practices, including CAB meetings.
- Support Major Incident and Problem Management, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with teams to promote ITSM best practices and governance.
- Prepare audit evidence and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of ITSM experience, ideally in financial/Insurance services.
- ITIL Foundation (Intermediate preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
