Title: IT Customer Service Representative

Duration: 12 month contract

Location: Newcastle Cobalt Business Park Onsite

Summary

This is a great opportunity to join a small but perfectly formed and friendly team who provide focused 1st and 2nd line support to some of the most vibrant and energised components.

Backed by multiple specialist technical and project teams, the Local Technology Support team provide point-of-delivery support to several key entities.

You will have strong PC and Mac support experience and be familiar with working in a busy IT support environment. As well as supporting end user devices, you will assist users with audio-visual equipment, managing IT assets and provisioning new IT assets for users.

Above all else, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role
