• Research emerging technologies and trends that can revolutionise my clients industry
• Analyse business processes to uncover opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
• Support proof-of-concepts and pilot projects for cutting-edge solutions.
• Turn data into insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of digital transformation, AI, and automation technologies.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create process maps, write functional specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Bonus Experience

• Experience in process improvement or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
