Lorien's leading banking client is looking for an experienced Lead Field Engineer with strong experience in Leading and Managing Teams of Engineers, working with Stakeholders, and experience/familiarity of working hands on with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Low Code Stack on an initial 6month contract with potential for extension/conversion to permanent.

This role is based in London.

This role will be Inside IR35 Via Umbrella

Working in a Hybrid Model of 1-2 day a week on site.

Key Skills and Experiences

• Manage Software Engineers representing the EE CRM/Low Code CoE.
• Oversee the delivery of software rapidly and of high quality which adds value to the business and aligns to bank standards, patterns and guardrails.
• Experience in designing solutions and leading teams through project delivery.
• Experienced with customisation of Power Platform using tools such as .Net and JavaScript extensions.
• Manage the supply of engineers to projects in line with budget and headcount constraints.
• Liaises with business stakeholders, Principal Engineers, Architects in the domain to shape and successfully deliver projects.
• Experienced with Line Management, Team Management, Conducting Performance Reviews, Recruitment Forecasting etc.
• Collaborates with Principal Engineers to understand the wider Platform, Domain and Enterprise agendas and supports the realisation of these.

Key Skills:

• Expert level skill in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, .NET, SQL, HTML5, CSS.
• People Line Management
