Our client is looking for a Lead Programme Operations Manager to play a key role within the Group Marketing Planning & PMO function. This senior position will oversee governance, prioritisation and reporting across major commercial programmes, ensuring our project teams deliver efficiently and effectively.
What you'll do- Lead core programme governance, reporting and prioritisation
- Run key forums including Radar meetings and phase reviews
- Oversee change management, documentation and process adherence
- Maintain and evolve governance frameworks and PMO processes
- Manage planning systems (e.g., Monday.com)
- Align with cross-functional Ops, Engineering and Marketing teams on project data and dependencies
- Ensure accurate data feeds into programme dashboards
- Report on efficiency, velocity, effort and launch readiness
- Drive continuous improvement and support training across teams
- Experience managing or leading PMO teams
- Strong understanding of PMO systems and how to set up and run them effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Calm, considered approach in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for process, PMO excellence and enabling high-quality delivery
