10 week Contract | London (Hybrid) - Wednesday and Thursday onsite
A leading UK retail brand is looking for a Marketing Activation Assistant to join their Retail Media team on an initial contract basis. Retail Media is one of the fastest-growing parts of this business, and this role sits at the heart of delivering the campaigns that make it work - for customers, for the retailer, and for the supplier brands that fund the activity.
This role would suit a graduate who is keen to gain experience with a top brand.
The role
You'll support the Marketing Activation Managers and Specialists in delivering the annual calendar of brand and seasonal campaigns, from writing the initial brief through to briefing channels for activation and tracking performance once campaigns are live. You'll be a key link between brands, internal teams, and the media plan - making sure the right assets land in the right place, on time.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting delivery of the annual campaign calendar across all client brands, working under guidance from senior Marketing Activation colleagues
- Helping define marketing briefs, channel and media plans, and message hierarchy for individual campaigns
- Coordinating with brand and seasonal campaign teams to bring retail media participation into wider marketing moments
- Collating assets and information from brand partners to keep campaigns moving and accurate
- Monitoring campaign performance and supporting the preparation of post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports
- Building relationships with key internal and brand-side stakeholders
- Working across multiple teams to hit agreed milestones and deadlines
What we're looking for
Essential:
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, and prioritisation skills
- Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Some experience working with data, insight, or analytics
