Omnichannel Product Owner

Location: London Paddington (Remote - travel only for major meetings)?? Contract Length: 6 Months? Engagement Type: Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)?? Function: Marketing Centre of Excellence? Reports to: Digital Experience Lead

We're seeking an experienced Omnichannel Product Owner to join a dynamic Marketing Centre of Excellence team. This team of ~20 professionals spans digital, brand, capability, and insights, delivering tools, processes, and training to elevate marketing capabilities across the organisation.

This role is pivotal in delivering omnichannel projects that enhance customer experiences across key channels for both healthcare professionals and patients. You'll work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, collaborating with stakeholders across digital, sales, and marketing globally.

• Lead assigned omnichannel projects from a marketing perspective, ensuring delivery meets commercial goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business units to align solutions with business needs.
• Represent customer needs in design and build phases, incorporating feedback throughout.
• Set objectives and KPIs, using data to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Train marketers on new systems, tools, and processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting pilots and scaling initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, managing expectations and priorities.

• Proven experience in product ownership and digital marketing within medium to large matrix organisations.
• Strong marketing background; experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences is a plus.
• Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, end-to-end customer experiences.
• Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile environments with digital/IT teams.
• Strategic thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
