Overview
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Oracle Workforce Planning Consultant to support the configuration, enablement, and knowledge transfer of Oracle Workforce Planning functionality.
This contract will focus on embedding best‐practice workforce forecasting, headcount planning, cost modelling, scenario analysis, and reporting within the Oracle platform. The successful consultant will ensure the internal team can fully utilise licensed Oracle functionality and independently administer the solution following the engagement.
Key Objectives
- Enable accurate workforce forecasting, headcount, and cost planning using Oracle Workforce Planning
- Support multi‐scenario modelling (e.g. growth, hiring freeze, restructuring)
- Deliver effective knowledge transfer to internal administrators and end users
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
Functional & Technical Delivery
- Provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle Workforce Planning, including:
- Headcount and compensation planning
- New hire and attrition modelling
- Position‐based planning vs employee‐level planning
- Design and configure solutions aligned to organisational workforce planning requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven hands‐on experience delivering Oracle Workforce Planning solutions
- Strong understanding of:
- Workforce forecasting and modelling
- Headcount and cost planning
- Scenario and what‐if analysis
- Experience configuring security, roles, and access
- Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to technical and non‐technical users
- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capability
