PMO Manager
PMO MANAGER - INSIDE IR35 - TO MARCH 2026
One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients are looking for a Experienced PMO Manager to join their team on an initial contact running to the end of March 2026.
This client is based in Edinburgh and will require 1-2x in office a week.
Essential skills
- Experience of a range of project, programme and portfolio management functions including planning, risk management and governance.
- An understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies including an understanding of both waterfall and agile project management practices.
- Experience of budgeting, cost management and resource planning processes.
- Ability to provide independent assurance whilst working collaboratively within a multi-disciplined team.
- Awareness of benefits management and how it may be used to help inform investment decisions.
- An openness to innovation and change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills utilising a range of channels suitable for the intended audience.
Desirable skills
- Professional project management, agile management or PMO certification e.g. Agile PM, Prince 2, P3O or similar.
- Experience of using MS Project for the Web/Online, SharePoint, Power BI and Power Automate in a PMO context.
