We are seeking an experienced Data Officer/Power App Developer to join a major public sector employment and skills programme on an initial 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in the development and implementation of a data collection and reporting solution that supports large-scale employability initiatives and stakeholder reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain model-driven Power Apps solutions.
• Build and configure Dataverse tables, forms, workflows and user permissions.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to support efficient data collection and validation.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data quality and ETL/data integration principles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
