Our client is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Designer to join their team. In this role, you'll lead the design of complex user journeys, contribute to product strategy, and elevate design quality across your area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver polished, user-centred design solutions across large, complex journeys
• Drive product thinking by aligning design with business and user goals
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including PMs, engineers, and researchers
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of constructive feedback
• Influence product direction and contribute to roadmap planning
• Champion inclusive design and accessibility best practices
• Contribute to and improve design systems and documentation
• Lead user research efforts and ground decisions in real-world insights

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in senior-level product design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility, and user research
• Ability to lead through influence and drive strategic impact
