Programme Manager (SAAS Transformation)
Location: Glasgow (onsite 3 days per week)Duration: 12-24 months IR35: Inside
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programme Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale transformation projects. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and programme management expertise to deliver complex initiatives within agreed scope, cost, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and progress work independently, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives and targets.
- Manage programme elements, prioritising cost, timescales, resources, and skills.
- Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to report on performance.
- Set, agree, and monitor challenging personal and team goals.
- Make decisions on complex matters, providing practical solutions within tight timescales.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead and influence decision-making across project teams, ensuring delivery to agreed standards.
- Liaise regularly with senior stakeholders to provide updates and secure approvals.
- Build and maintain strong external partnerships and represent the organisation at sector events and conferences.
Background / Experience
- Background delivering large scale, complex transformation programmes with a Public Sector environment
- Previous SAAS experience
- Highly self-motivated with strong initiative and professional judgement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
