Project Analyst (POS Modernisation)

📍 Fully Remote | ⏳ 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension) | ⚡ Immediate Start

Our client is hiring a Junior Project Analyst / Coordinator to support a major European POS modernisation programme within a global retail technology environment.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a large-scale, multi-country rollout while working closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and business teams.

🚀 The Role

You’ll play a key support role helping deliver POS upgrades across Europe, ensuring smooth coordination, tracking, and reporting across the programme.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Jira tickets (defects, progress tracking)
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and documentation
  • Maintain project reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
  • Raise and manage ServiceNow requests
  • Coordinate with business teams and store operations
  • Provide general project admin and delivery support

✅ Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira (essential – no training provided)
  • Previous experience in a project support / coordinator / admin role
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset

➕ Nice to Have

  • Retail or POS experience (even store-level exposure)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
  • Experience supporting UAT processes
