Project Coordinator

Role: Project Coordinator Duration: 6 months Location: London Description:

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience supporting the coordination or delivery of IT or business change projects in a matrixed or enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and/or cybersecurity concepts is desirable.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, assisting in project coordination across multiple functions.
  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings, data cabling, networking, and AV design would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software installation, upgrades, and maintenance (e.g. Network, POS, Payment Terminals, Computers, Printers, CCTV, Audio Visual) preferred.
  • Experience working within or alongside PMO/governance frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to document, summarise, and present project information effectively.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across global and regional teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar applications.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines .

  • Strong organisational skills with Excel, presentation and Finance being paramount.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear and confident communicator with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technically literate with an interest in IT infrastructure and business systems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Shibumi, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • Excellent understanding of project budgeting and financial tracking.
