About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major finance systems transformation programme. The organisation has recently completed the RFP process and is selecting a new finance platform. Finance systems experience is beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering complex system integrations, business change and stakeholder management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance systems replacement programme.
• Manage complex integrations and third-party suppliers.
• Work with Operational Impact and Change Management teams.
• Manage governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide project reporting.
• Drive successful implementation and business adoption.

Essential Experience

• Large-scale transformation programme delivery.
• Strong Project Management experience.
• Complex integration delivery.
• Stakeholder management and governance expertise.
• Change management experience.

Desirable Experience

• Public sector experience.
• Finance systems implementation experience.
• RFP/procurement experience.
• PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certifications.
