Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Duration: 6 months

Location: Coventry

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and galvanise individuals to a common goal
  • Build and shape project plans for new brand transformation programme
  • Establish new cadence and rhythm of reporting and ensuring adherence to governance
  • Provide RACI of stakeholders
  • Capturing and proactively managing key Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies to avoid blockers
  • Produce clear communication plans to promote transparency
  • Work with multiple governance teams to ensure consistent and timely communications
  • Ensuring 3rd party suppliers are meeting contractual obligations
  • Work with 3rd parties to engage in ways or working across programme

Specific Skills:

  • Able to juggle multiple competing priorities and demands
  • Previous experience with setting up and starting up projects
  • Ability to go from detail to summary for the correct audience
  • Ultra organised - to ensure they meet the demands of a fast paced and unpredictable working environment
  • Ability to bring organisation and structure in an environment with multiple stakeholders and demands
  • Good JIRA and MS Suite knowledge and working experience
  • Experience with Brand integration is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience with mergers & acquisitions is desirable but not essential
