Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Officer (PSO) to join their PMO team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in change delivery, offering hands-on experience in project and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers with financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Assist with procurement processes, including raising and tracking POs
  • Help prepare documentation for stage gate assessments and governance forums
  • Maintain milestone plans and contribute to weekly reporting
  • Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination and minute-taking

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence to raise issues and ask for support when needed
  • A team player who is supportive and collaborative

Any experience or knowledge in IT, finance, or project environments is a bonus, but not essential.
