The opportunity
As a Resourcing & Partnerships Officer, you'll focus primarily on the third-party and supplier space, working at the intersection of resourcing, commercial management and stakeholder engagement. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days look the same.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, external partners and suppliers, helping to shape how critical digital and technology capability is brought into the business - while ensuring governance, compliance and commercial value are always front of mind.
It's a role with real responsibility, genuine autonomy and exposure to enterprise-level processes - perfect if you're motivated by variety, challenge and impact.
What you'll do:
- Support recruitment and resourcing across third-party and contingent talent
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and supplier engagement
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Work across resourcing, commercial awareness, governance and MI
What we're looking for:
- Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail
- Commercially aware, proactive and confident using your initiative
- Resourcing, recruitment or HR experience is beneficial but not essential
