We are seeking a talented Application Automation Engineer to join our Software Engineering team and collaborate on the DWP Garage project, partnering with the UK Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), a leading government organization responsible for welfare and pension policy across the United Kingdom.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement predictive and intelligent automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive automation of delivery analytics to gather actionable insights from data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and innovation.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in automation.
• Provide solutions to complex problems, supporting both your immediate team and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to advance automation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced proficiency in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Strong knowledge of Data & AI Solution Architecture, Automation Systems, and Technological Innovation.
• Experience in team collaboration, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data trends into actionable automation strategies.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in automation and AI technologies.
