SC Cleared Delivery Manager London - 02 - 03 days onsite? 12 Month Contract? £600-£650 per day? Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join the Finance Systems Solutions (FSS) domain within the Technology division of a leading UK financial institution. The role involves leading the delivery of projects and programmes supporting critical banking and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of projects and programmes within the Finance Systems Solutions domain

  • Coordinate delivery across multiple technology teams and domains

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

  • Remove delivery blockers and support Agile teams in achieving objectives

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams

  • Act as Project Manager for smaller internal initiatives when required

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering technology projects across the full software development lifecycle

  • Strong Delivery / Project / Programme Management experience

  • Experience working within banking or financial services environments

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and third-party suppliers

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments

Mandatory Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance (must have worked in an SC-cleared role within the last 12 months)

  • Experience delivering Finance Systems or Banking Technology projects
