Scrum Master (SC Clearance Required)
Location: London (Hybrid)
We're looking for a Scrum Master to support and guide our teams, ensuring they deliver effectively while continuously improving. You'll facilitate Scrum events, remove blockers, coach the team, and help create a culture of collaboration, communication and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing- Facilitating Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives
- Ensuring Scrum ceremonies run smoothly and the whole team participates
- Identifying and removing blockers that impact team delivery
- Coaching the team on Scrum principles, Agile ways of working and self-organisation
- Supporting the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritisation
- Monitoring team progress and providing updates to stakeholders
- Helping teams improve communication, collaboration and problem-solving
- Fostering a positive, open and feedback-driven team culture
- Continuously improving Scrum processes and practices
