Lorien's client are currently recruiting for a Scrum Master with M365 migration experience to join on a 6 month initial contract, inside IR35. This is a hybrid role that blends Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities, with a strong technical focus and the opportunity to work across multiple workstreams in a high-impact transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving delivery across three Scrum teams.
• Managing work packages and coordinating with third-party suppliers.
• Supporting the migration of organisational and colleague data to a new M365 platform.
• Working closely with a Lead Scrum Master to ensure smooth delivery and team collaboration.
• Applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage technically complex projects.
• Engaging with stakeholders and managing risks across the programme.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with M365 delivery or migration, including: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
• Experience managing one or more Scrum teams.
• Strong matrix management skills - bridging technical teams, projects, and the wider business.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers.
• Ability to plan and scope work to create a clear delivery framework.
• Collaboration with PMO and Release Train Engineer to manage budget expenditure.
• RAID management - handling risks, issues, and dependencies through PI and Scrum processes.
• Embedding Agile culture and Scrum values across teams.
• Assessing and improving Scrum maturity within teams.
