This is an exciting opportunity to join a multinational energy company, as a Senior Business Analyst within the Middle & Office Back Office.

You will act as a senior liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, to ensure prudent communication and alignment across delivery phases.

Salary Package - £123,000 - £168,000

Permanent role

Hybrid in London

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a senior liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Influencing and advising stakeholders on prioritisation decisions.
• Identifying, documenting, and analysing business requirements.
• Evaluating new IT developments and contemporary business practices.
• Building knowledge of industry and trading systems.
• Mentoring junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Track record in applying Business Analysis techniques.
• Experience documenting as-is (current) and to-be (future) business processes.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder demands.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Performing system/integration testing and supporting UAT.
• Functional specification and configuration of software packages.
