Our client, a leading professional services company, are recruiting for a Senior Business Change Manager with Bids experience to join the team on a contract basis

Senior Business Change Manager - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ON BIDS / RFP / RFIs

The Senior Business Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of business change initiatives across the organisation, developing and implementing change management strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and that the change is successfully implemented

  • Significant experience in change management, including large, complex programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Experience of working in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, MSP or PMP
