Senior Product Designer – Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + bonus + full benefits

Location: Manchester (2 days office, 3 days home)

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end design, from discovery and research through to high-fidelity design and implementation
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence strategy and roadmaps
• Run and analyse user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs that elevate the experience
• Champion the user in cross-functional conversations and steer teams towards better outcomes
• Help refine process, ways of working, and best practice across the design function
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards and consistency

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Lead Product Designer / Senior Product Designer with a portfolio that shows impact
• Balanced background across UX, product thinking, and visual design craft
• Confident using modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Comfortable turning research, data, and insight into clear design decisions
• Strong stakeholder communication, able to tell the story and bring people with you
• Experience working mobile-first, responsive, and with accessibility in mind

Package:

• £70,000–£80,000 + bonus + full benefits
• Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the Manchester office, 3 from home
