Senior Product Manager - Fintech

A Senior Product Manager is required for a hypergrowth fintech startup who are building the digital backbone for alternative investments.

Backed by one of the biggest PE companies in the world and a £20m Series A, they are scaling a full-stack platform powering private equity operations from pre-trade to post-trade.

Therefore, a Senior Product Manager is being sought to own end-to-end verticals and help shape the future of private markets infrastructure.

You'll work directly with leadership, engineers, and clients to define new product lines and scale the roadmap from Series A to global adoption.The founding team consists of alternatives specialists from investment firms such as KKR, Blackstone, Elliott and Goldman Sachs, along with top product and engineering talent from successful fintech scale-ups like Revolut and Trade Republic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership: Completely owning the vision, strategy and implementation of your team's products and features from inception to production
  • Technical leadership: Having technical discussions with engineers regarding requirements, system design, etc.
  • Design leadership: Working closely with designers to define the user journey and create exceptional user experiences
  • Stakeholder engagement: Engaging in requirements gathering sessions, producing professional documentation and communicating with senior external and internal stakeholders
  • Customer advocacy: Being a customer champion who understands end-user problems, customer needs, competitive and market trends for your products

Skills / Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience working with a high-growth fintech company in banking/finance-related business areas
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding client-facing interpersonal skills in written and oral communication
  • Proven experience with developing, launching and scaling products
  • Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders to establish clear roadmaps and deliver on them
  • Ability to deliver under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
