Senior Retail Digital Manager

Retail Digital Manager Location: Wiltshire (hybrid 2 - 3 days a week onsite) Contract - Inside IR35

Are you a technically minded engineer or designer who thrives at the intersection of retail technology, digital experiences, and product storytelling? We're looking for a Senior Manager to help shape the future of instore experiences across our global retail estate.

In this role, you'll lead the creation of innovative retail AV and digital experiences that bring cutting-edge technology to life in our Stores. You'll solve complex technical challenges, develop prototypes and mock-ups, and create compelling digital content that enhances shopper understanding, engagement, and conversion.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Software, Concept Design and Retail teams to ensure our in-store demonstrations, training materials, and digital touch points clearly communicate how our technology works - and why it's better.

• Develop new digital content, prototypes, and instore experiences for product launches and ongoing categories.
• Create technical training documentation and support instore teams.
• Produce mock-ups, early proof-of-concepts, and 3D-printed prototypes to bring ideas to life.
• Translate complex engineering principles into simple, intuitive customer experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Engineering, Software, and Retail Design teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to enhance physical and digital retail journeys.

You will have:

• Strong technical background- engineering or product design preferred.
• Ability to sketch, prototype, and create 3D printed solutions.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency with Figma and digital design/prototyping tools.
• Experience working with digital demonstrations on phones, tablets, or touchscreens.
• A hybrid skillset combining technical rigour with creative problem-solving.
• Experience in product demonstration is helpful, but this is not a demonstrator role.
