Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer Location: Flexible base across Scotland Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Length of Assignment: Until 31st March 2026 Rate: Max £420 inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a dynamic User-Centred Design team within a public sector digital transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful digital services that support health and care across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Designing user-centred digital solutions within agile teams
• Applying design systems and accessibility standards
• Collaborating with researchers and stakeholders
• Leading on UX best practices and emerging trends

Essential Experience:

• Extensive UX design experience
• Agile team collaboration
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Axure, HTML/CSS
