Contract Opportunity - System Administration Support Officer | Planning & Place System Migration
Kensington - Onsite 2/3 days per week
12-month contract
£40.10 per hour Umbrella

We're looking for an experienced System Administration Support Officer to support a major Planning & Place system migration from Acolaid to Idox Uniform.

The successful candidate will support system configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, user administration, workflows, templates, integrations and go-live activities, working closely with Planning, Building Control, Land Charges, IT, the project team and Idox.
 
Essential experience:
. Previous experience of Idox Uniform
. Previous experience of Acolaid
. Administration/support of complex business or case-management systems
. System configuration, user administration or application support
. Experience supporting a system implementation, upgrade or migration
. Strong understanding of data migration, testing and UAT
 
Experience within Local Authority Planning, Building Control, Land Charges or regulatory services would be highly desirable.
