Our UK leading pension client are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.

Role Requirements

Industry Experience

• Strong background in Financial Services, ideally with experience in Asset Management (highly beneficial).

Regulatory Expertise

• Proven experience delivering work within a regulatory environment, including interpreting regulatory needs and ensuring compliance within technology or data solutions.

Business-Tech Translation

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Skilled in working closely with product owners, SMEs, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

Agile Delivery

• Must have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum sprint teams, contributing to ceremonies and supporting iterative delivery.

Technical & Data Skills

• Highly technical and data-focused.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL (e.g., data analysis, querying, validation, reconciliation).
• Comfortable working with data models, pipelines, and translating data needs into actionable deliverables.
