Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator with experience in Label Management Systems, Computer System Validation (CSV), and regulated GxP environments to support a major label and artwork management implementation programme. The role combines project coordination, vendor management, documentation, validation support, and go-live readiness activities across multiple sites in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate printer inventories, printer configurations, and Installation Qualification (IQ) activities across multiple sites.
  • Track and manage third-party vendor deliverables, milestones, and implementation activities, ensuring successful completion with no outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate label template data migration activities, including versions, batches, and metadata management
  • Support integration activities between Label Management Systems and SAP, including label comparison and validation interfaces.
  • Coordinate execution of data migration, printer integration, and deployment plans.
  • Ensure activities align with established IT Change Management processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce and maintain key project documentation, including Low-Level Designs (LLDs), administration handbooks, runbooks, validation documentation, operational handover documents, disaster recovery plans, and hypercare plans
  • Support stage-gate and go-live readiness activities within a validated environment.
  • Work closely with IT, QA, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery across multiple locations.
  • Establish and document sustainable processes for printer updates, system changes, and ongoing support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with Label & Artwork Management or Label Management Systems (LMS), ideally Kallik (Veraciti/Veracity) or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) within GxP-regulated environments
  • Proven technical documentation skills, including creation of LLDs, validation documentation, runbooks, risk assessments, and operational handover materials.
  • Knowledge of SAP integrations and label printing technologies.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and coordinating project deliverables.
  • Experience supporting multi-site programmes involving IT, QA, and operational stakeholders.
  • Understanding of data migration activities involving templates, metadata, and content repositories
  • Familiarity with IT Change Management processes in validated environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment.
