UAT Test Manager - Contract

Location: Reading (Hybrid)Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months

We're looking for an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead testing for a major ServiceNow replatform project. You'll manage end-to-end testing activities, including SIT, penetration testing, and UAT, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Testing will include validation, integration, system and performance testing of software in a Windows environment. The role must provide support for the planning and execution of test activities, working within the agreed IT processes, in order to ensure robust and high-quality solutions to the end-user community.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategy and plans.
• Manage UAT and oversee all test phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify and log defects, drive resolution.
• Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and reporting.
• Engage stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Manager,
• Technical experience working with ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to spot anomalies.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of risk-based testing.
