A fast-growing technology organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across technical and non-technical roles. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles

• Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques

• Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume and specialist roles

• Drive inclusive hiring practices and support DEI initiatives

• Enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience

• Support employer brand through events and campaigns

• Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet hiring goals

• 5+ years' full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the tech sector (in-house or agency)

• Expertise in sourcing and talent research across digital platforms

• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Strong interviewing and assessment skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
