Are you an experienced Team PA or Team Assistant from the tech or investment sectors? We're partnering with a dynamic business at the forefront of technology investment. This role offers the opportunity to support a team of forward-thinking professionals who are shaping the future of innovation.

You'll manage complex diaries, coordinate international travel, and ensure seamless daily operations for a busy investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient diary and travel management
• CRM and data management
• Coordination of meetings, events, and communications

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience supporting senior professionals in tech or finance environments
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Interest or knowledge of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
