Temporary Customer Success Specialist

Location: Central London Job Type: Monday - Friday office based Hours: 8:45am- 5:30pm Daily rate: £115.38 per day + holiday accrual

What You'll Do

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Lead consultative, human conversations (no scripts)
• Guide decisions with empathy and commercial awareness
• Own the end-to-end customer journey
• Deliver against targets for conversion and satisfaction
• Help improve the customer experience as you go
