Purpose of the Job
To manage and deliver LoweConex client projects, integrating our ConexOS platform with client BMS infrastructure. Manage pre-delivery scope validation through to installation coordination, commissioning support, customer acceptance and handover into support. To be accountable for coordinating customer stakeholders, contractors, controls specialists, facilities teams and internal LoweConex functions. To ensure our projects are delivered safely and in line with agreed commercial scope, budget and quality standards.
What do you have to achieve?
- Deliver LoweConex projects safely, on time, within approved budget and to agreed technical scope.
- During the bid process, as part of a cross-functional team, validate project scope, timelines and costs.
- Translate customer requirements, site constraints and survey outputs into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate BMS, HVAC, controls, energy, refrigeration, metering, connectivity and facilities management stakeholders.
- Maintain clear governance across scope, cost, risk, change control, issue resolution and customer communications.
- Ensure installation, commissioning, optimisation and handover activities are planned, tracked and closed effectively.
- Protect customer confidence by ensuring accurate reporting, proactive escalation, and controlled delivery into business-as-usual support.
What is the scope of the job?
Office and field-supported project management role focused on integrating BMS and connected estates to our ConexOS platform, managing delivery across retail, commercial, industrial and facilities management environments. The role covers new deployments, upgrades, integrations, reconfiguration projects, optimisation initiatives, multi-site rollouts, and customer-specific technical delivery programmes.
What experience & technical knowledge do you need?
Essential
- Proven project management experience delivering technical, customer-facing projects within BMS, building services, facilities management, HVAC, energy management, connected estate, IoT or related environments.
- Practical understanding of BMS delivery requirements including survey validation, site readiness, contractor coordination, installation sequencing, commissioning support and handover documentation.
- Ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders including customers, FM teams, controls engineers, refrigeration engineers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational capability across multiple concurrent sites or workstreams.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasts, variations, purchase orders and supplier costs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear reporting, escalation and decision tracking.
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 tools for plans, trackers, actions, reporting, document control and collaboration.
Desirable
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent project management qualification.
- Experience with BMS platforms, controls contractors, HVAC control strategies, remote telemetry, E3/Site Supervisor environments, energy monitoring or retail technology deployments.
- Understanding of Operational Technology, secure connectivity, network dependencies and integrated facilities environments.
- Experience delivering multi-site retail or commercial rollouts with phased mobilisation, survey, install, commissioning and optimisation activities.
- Awareness of health and safety expectations, site access controls, contractor governance and customer-specific compliance requirements.
