Loyalty Club PLC is a fast-growing, Bristol-based tech company on a mission to level the

playing field for independent businesses on the British high street.

We have built a mobile-first loyalty platform that gives local businesses — cafés, gyms,

salons, restaurants, independent retailers — the same customer retention tools that the big

chains take for granted. QR code stamp campaigns and real-time customer insights.

Founded in 2023, we are now in our national growth phase — and we are building a team of

self-employed field sales associates to help us sign up businesses in every corner of the UK.

The Role

As a Loyalty Club Field Sales Agent, you will be the face of the business in your local area.

Your job is straightforward: introduce independent business owners to the Loyalty Club

platform and sign them up as partners.

This is a consultative, relationship-first sale. You are not selling something complicated —

you are introducing a simple, affordable tool that genuinely helps local businesses compete.

Most business owners get it immediately.

Day to day you will:

• Visit independent businesses in your territory — cafés, shops, gyms, salons,

restaurants, pubs and more

• Introduce them to the Loyalty Club platform and demonstrate how it works

• Sign up new business partners and support them through their first steps on the

What You Will Earn

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. You are rewarded directly

for every business you bring on board.

We are not looking for career salespeople with long CVs. We are looking for people who are

personable, persistent, and genuinely interested in helping local businesses thrive.

You will be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable walking into a local business and starting a conversation

• Enjoy working independently and managing your own time

• Are motivated by results — you like to see what your effort produces

• Know your local area and have an instinct for which businesses would benefit

• Are reliable, professional, and represent the brand well

You do not need:

• A degree or formal sales qualification

• Previous tech sales experience

• A large network — we will help you build one
