Your Role

As part of our collaborative IT team, you'll take ownership of our Epicor Kinetic ERP system , working with stakeholders across the globe. From delivering user training to developing reports and customising workflows, your work will directly impact our operational efficiency and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and enhancing the Epicor Kinetic ERP system (2nd/3rd line)

• Leading improvements, upgrades, and site rollouts

• Developing reports in BAQ, SQL, SSRS, Power BI

• Collaborating with users to document and improve processes

• Interfacing with connected systems: CRM, BI, WMS

• Ensuring data integrity and system performance

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Epicor Kinetic ERP support in manufacturing/distribution

• Strong knowledge of BAQ, Dashboards, BPMs, and customisations

• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, etc.)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Global collaboration mindset
