Administrator - 12-month Contract (Maternity Cover) - Nottingham
This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end support for hardware-related services, ensuring employees and customers receive efficient, high-quality assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and professional support for all incoming queries, maintaining a strong focus on user satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of reported issues, driving them through to completion while ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Prioritise and manage support tickets effectively to meet service level expectations.
- Track repair progress and keep stakeholders informed until full resolution is achieved.
- Coordinate the return, repair, and replacement of faulty or damaged hardware, acting as the main point of contact for users throughout the process.
- Manage the collection, decommissioning, or redeployment of outdated or unused equipment in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure asset tracking systems are consistently updated.
