EDBS IT Engineer

IT Technician EDBS - 3 months month - Romford (Inside IR35)

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician on an initial 3 -month contract with a view. As this will be working in a school, you must hold a valid EDBS clearance.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Support customers' needs by dealing with reported incidents from ticketing systems.
  • Desktop and telephone Support within the contracted SLA.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Desktop Support and Citrix
  • Working knowledge of Group Policy & basic Networking
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, mainly Office 365.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fastmoving environment.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player
