We are seeking a highly experienced Egnyte Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end scop, design, and delivery of a content management migration from SharePoint into the Egnyte platform.
This role will take ownership of shaping the target environment, working closely with stakeholders to define requirements, establish best practices, and ensure the successful implementation of a scalable, secure, and user-friendly solution.
Acting as the subject matter expert for Egnyte, you will guide the organisation through the full life cycle of the programme - from initial discovery and solution design through to migration oversight and post-implementation adoption. The role will be critical in ensuring the platform is configured effectively and adopted successfully across the business.
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering Egnyte implementations or migrations as a consultant or specialist
- Strong understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) and document management best practices
- Experience scoping and designing folder structures, permissions models, and governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience supporting or overseeing data migrations from platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into practical solutions
- Experience identifying and mitigating common adoption and migration risks
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and access control models
- Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and driving decision-making
- Ability to provide end-to-end ownership, from discovery through to adoption and hypercare
