Project Administrator - Hardware Deployment
Location: Nottingham, full time on-site
Contract Duration: 3 months Initially
Rate: £160 per day, via Umbrella Co.
We are looking for a Hardware/Deployment Administrator to support a large-scale device deployment project. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, coordinating device logistics, and supporting the day-to-day administration of hardware deployments. Working closely with project teams and engineers, you will ensure devices are tracked throughout their life cycle and deployment activities remain on schedule.
Responsibilities/Experience:
- Maintain and update the hardware asset register.
- Track device deployments, collections, and returns.
- Coordinate the collection and delivery of new and Legacy devices.
- Ensure asset tagging information is recorded accurately.
- Provide updates on deployment progress and inventory status.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders regarding device movements and project activity.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in asset records.
- Previous experience in an administrative, deployment support, or asset management.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience maintaining asset registers or inventory records.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting IT deployment or hardware refresh projects.
- Knowledge of IT asset management processes.
- Experience using asset management or service management tools.
