Account Manager
An exciting FTC for 12 months has arisen for this leading tech company with offices on the outskirts of Leeds. Joining the team as an Account Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with existing customers to identify and deliver on service and product growth. Working within an amazing team, you will in addition provide support to the external account managers. Within this fully office-based role you will enjoy a varied role that will involve;
- Managing inbound enquiries and making outbound contact with existing customers
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Working with the Marketing Team offering campaign ideas
- Liaising with the External Account Managers
- Updating the CRM
- Building relationships with partners
This is an exciting FTC which will commence shortly, the vibrant, engaging candidate will have;
- Ideally educated to degree standard
- 5 GCSEs A* to C, including Maths and English
- A sales-orientated and self-motivated candidate, with lots of energy and enthusiasm
- An excellent listener
- Previous telesales or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is preferred
- Proficient in all MS Office packages
